OMG, Who does the "white haired dude" think he is? It is disgusting to have to listen to his level of disrespect and once again, the level of entitlement he feels. When a person is not referred to by name, the speaker is trying to turn him into a marginalized person. The WHD knew exactly what he was doing--he did not say that by accident. He is so "old school" and out of touch. He reminds me of all of the WHD's I used to see on airplanes as I traveled outside of the USA. In those days, most of the overseas government workers were WHD's. Get over it WHD's, you time has come and gone--all of that power must now be shared.
