$9500 and 50-1

I am sitting watching the Kentucky Derby (which I never miss) and am absolutely excited because once again, an unlikely winner emerged. This is a very exciting year, even for horses. This horse only cost $9500 and the odds were 50-1 (too bad I wasn't there, in person, to bet). Even with those odds, he won--what does that tell us--we all always have the opportunity to win. I was sort of pulling for Chocolate Candy because of the irony of a "fattening named" horse belongs to the diet guru, Jenny Craig :-).
